These sheets are designed for middle school and high school students as many ask about social media, phones, Youtube, etc.

There are seven different sheets included in this resource, so you have plenty of choices for the beginning of the school year!

Here is a short description of each sheet:

1. "Get-To-Know-You" short answers. This sheet includes 13 different questions with short-answer-style lines for students to write their answers on. Several questions include: "one skill I wish I could learn is______", "My favorite song/artist is ________", "When I grow up, I want to be a(n) ___________."

2. "Get-To-Know-You" Essay. This sheet includes the prompt: "On the lines below, introduce yourself to me." Then, a short list of things they could write about. Then, there are lines for students to write their short essays.

3. "Get-To-Know-You" Drawing. This sheet includes the prompt: "Use the space below to introduce yourself to me, BUT without any words." Then, a short list of things they could draw about. Then, there is a blank space for students to draw.

4. "Get-To-Know-You" short answers-half sheet. This sheet is divided into two sheets, both with the same 6 questions. This is a shortened version of #1, so you can save on paper by cutting them in half on the provided line.

5. "Get-To-Know-Me" design boxes. This sheet has 17 different questions, all written inside little boxes with design lines. Several categories include: favorites, "list three words that describe yourself," you choose, dream job, birthday, etc.

6. "Get-To-Know-Me" plain boxes. This sheet is the same as the last sheet, but the boxes are not designed, they are solid lines.

7. "Get-To-Know-You" plain boxes-third sheets. This sheet is divided into three sheets, with the same 7 questions. This is a shortened version of #6, so you can save on paper by cutting the into thirds on the provided line.

So, basically you'll choose which sheet or sheets you want your students to fill out, print, (cut out, if needed) and go! It's that easy!
