The book of Judges in the Bible is a very saddening book with strange stories about these people the Bible calls "judges." This book shows what happens after God leads the Israelites into the promised land, and before God finally grants them a king.

Using this product, students will summarize the accounts written about 13 of the major leaders and judges sent by God, all from the book of Judges.

After they summarize, they will choose one particular judge and create a newspaper article about their life or about a specific event from that person's life.
